Hugh Fell’s passion is the rural space – the environment and the community that’s rapped around it.

Hugh was the fourth son of a Lincolnshire farmer and trained as a Chartered Surveyor, leading one of the largest rural consultancies in the North East.  He stepped out from that business in 2015 in order to lead new thinking in the following areas:

• leveraging the natural capital of the regions in order to attract new talent from the South East
• creating vibrant rural communities
• how happiness transfers to the bottom line
• settlement of disputes
• strategy for the family business

Hugh lives in rural Northumberland and is married to wife Fiona with two daughters.
